How it works
Every booking includes free live location tracking for your box throughout your entire hire period. Open your account, check the map, and see exactly where your box is.
See your whole trip
You can see your whole trip using the tracker. Home to abroad. Abroad to home. Your box's location pings every 20 minutes, giving you regular updates on where it is — whether it's at the hub, in transit, or at your destination.
Coverage
The tracking service has excellent coverage across the UK, Europe, and North America. Coverage in Northern Africa is more limited. If you're flying to a destination in Europe or the Americas, you'll have full visibility of your box throughout your trip.
Peace of mind
Flying with a bike can be stressful. The tracking service gives you peace of mind — you'll always know where your box is, from the moment you collect it to the moment you return it. If your box is delayed or misrouted by the airline, you'll be able to see exactly where it is.
How to add it
You don't need to do anything — tracking is automatically included with every booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll find a "Box Tracking" section on your booking page in your account — with a live map showing your box's location.
