Climb the tiers as you complete trips — reach Silver, Gold then Platinum and unlock a bigger discount on your daily box-hire rate at each level. It's applied automatically at checkout, on every booking, and never expires. No points, no codes.
How it works
Earning status
Status is earned by completed trips — a booking counts once you've picked up and returned your box. Counted per order: a booking with two boxes still counts as one trip. Your tier never resets.
Your discount
Your tier discount applies to the daily box-hire rate and is applied automatically when you book while logged in. It doesn't apply to add-on services like packing, rebuild or courier.
Account required
You need a Bike Box Hire UK account so we can track your trips and apply your discount. Guest bookings don't count toward status. Create an account before you book to start climbing the tiers.
Booked with us before? If you made bookings through our old website, please get in touch with us and we can bump your tier level up to the correct level.
