How it works
When you add the rebuild service, your hub builds your bike back up for you when you get home. Bring the box back with your bike still packed inside, and the hub’s mechanics will have it ready to ride.
What’s included
The hub’s mechanics carefully reassemble your bike — refitting the pedals, handlebars and anything else removed for the flight — then check the gears and brakes so it’s safe and ready to roll out the door.
Arranging a time
Once you’ve booked, you and the hub both get an email so you can arrange a convenient time. Some hubs can rebuild while you wait; with others you drop the box off and collect your bike a little later.
Availability
The rebuild service is available at most hubs in our network. If a hub doesn’t offer rebuild, you’ll see this when booking.
